The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is a document that EDEN prepares which evaluates the status of our county and sets forth the goals and strategies for our communities.

This document is prepared by a committee comprised of individuals with diverse areas of expertise and from different communities throughout our county.

This document is approved by the board of Nye County Commissioners and then forwarded to the Economic Development Administration (EDA), the division of the Department of Commerce, and after approval, puts our communities in a favorable position for acquiring grants to complete projects for infrastructure, community development, etc.
